Can Telegram calls be tapped?

E2E encryption is supported by Telegram for two forms of communications: Secret Chats and voice calls. Secret Chats are conversations that are not saved on Telegram servers and are only available to the devices engaging in the conversation. Secret Chats should be just as safe as MTProto, but users must remember to enable them.
