Has Telegram been hacked?

Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaacob's office announced on Monday that his personal Telegram and Signal accounts had been hacked and used to swindle individuals by "irresponsible persons." It urged recipients of communications from the hacked accounts to disregard them.
