Where does Telegram store data?

Telegram, it turns out, has modified the location of the downloads folder owing to Android 11 system constraints. The developers say that the files are now saved in “storage/Android/data/org. telegram. messenger/cache” and that their visibility will depend on the permissions the file manager app has.
